In short

Collavo is a creator-operations platform that lets brands run an entire collaboration on a single record: brief, negotiable offer, sealed contract, production, structured review, real publishing to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and trackable payout. DACH-first, with GDPR-aligned processes and hosted in Germany.

What does Collavo do for brands?

Most influencer-marketing tools cover one slice — discovery, reporting or payment. Collavo connects the full execution: from brief to payout, everything lives on one record instead of being scattered across email, spreadsheets and four separate tools. You lose no context, coordination or rights safety between planning and approved multi-platform publication.

  • Brief → offer (with negotiation ledger) → sealed contract → production → review → publishing → payout, all linked
  • Real publishing via the official Instagram, TikTok and YouTube APIs — not a simulation
  • Rights and approval gates as enforceable steps before publication
  • Visible “Payment secured” escrow status before production starts
  • GDPR-aligned processes, hosted in Germany, DAC7-ready records

How does a campaign run from brief to payout?

You create the brief, send an offer and negotiate inside the platform — every counter stays traceable in the negotiation ledger. Once agreed, the contract is sealed, production runs, review is structured with frame-level annotations, and publishing happens via real API posts. Both sides track payout transparently across five honest stages.

How do rights and approval gates protect publication?

Approvals are enforceable steps, not notes. Rights and approvals are captured structurally and gate the pipeline. To be honest: the rights gate hard-blocks only when rights are structured — if they are missing, you get a warning instead of a block, so control stays real without faking certainty.

Honest about signatures

The e-signature in Collavo is a status flip with a sha256 seal — a traceable confirmation, but not a qualified eIDAS signature.

What does “Payment secured” before production mean?

Before a creator produces, both sides see the escrow status “Payment secured” (FUNDED). It is a visible EscrowHold status via Stripe Connect (EUR), not a creator-controlled trust account; payout requires KYC and DAC7 data.

Is Collavo GDPR- and DAC7-ready?

Collavo is built DACH-first: GDPR-aligned processes, hosted in Germany with SCC-secured subprocessors. For DAC7 it captures the needed data and exports auditable records as PDF/CSV. Note: Collavo does not file automatically with authorities and is not legal advice — it provides DAC7-ready records.

Clear boundaries

“Hosted in Germany with SCC-secured subprocessors” — not full EU data residency. DAC7 records are exported, not auto-filed. “Legally safe” always with a caveat; this is not legal advice.

What does Collavo cost for brands?

Pricing is public and cancellable monthly. Starter 149 €, Growth 599 €, Agency/Scale 1,299 €, Enterprise custom.

Frequently asked

Does Collavo really publish to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube itself?
Yes. Publishing runs via the platforms' official APIs as real posts, not a simulation. Story link stickers remain excluded due to the platforms' API limits.
When does the creator get paid?
After approval and publication, once the payout stages complete. A protection hold of around 56 days applies, and payout requires KYC and DAC7 data. The shown ETA is a calculated expectation, not a guaranteed date.
Do I need an annual contract?
No. Collavo is cancellable monthly and pricing is public — from Starter at 149 € to Enterprise.
