00 · The problem
Between sheets, inboxes and DMs, every campaign breaks three times.
Most creator collaborations run on spreadsheets, email and messengers. Three things get lost along the way — and all three cost money.
The context
Briefs, versions and approvals scatter across tools that don’t know each other. In the end, nobody can say who approved what, when.
92% of marketers find measuring influencer-marketing ROI difficult
xpose360, 2025
The legal ground
Disclosure, usage rights, proof: what was agreed in a chat won’t survive scrutiny — but the company is still liable.
Only 13–35% of ad posts are correctly labeled as advertising
RTR Austria, 2024
The money
Budget promised, invoice somewhere, payout eventually. All three sides lack the same view of the same state.
57% of B2B invoices in Germany were paid late in 2024
Atradius, 2024
01 · Execution
Publishing is part of the system — not the handover point.
Where other tools end at the spreadsheet, Collavo starts: going live happens from inside the platform, with proof.
- Instagram and YouTube (incl. Shorts) via the official APIs — straight from the campaign
- TikTok and native posting: the creator posts, orchestrated with reminders and a live-URL proof
- Double posts are technically impossible; every go-live is verified
- Calendar with preflight checks: rights, conflicts, media format, caption

Checklists can be skipped. Collavo’s gates are server-side: whatever fails the condition doesn’t go live — on any path.
- Publish gate: approved version + signed contract + valid rights, checked at go-time
- Ad disclosure per German UWG §5a is enforced server-side — overrides only with a reason, logged

- Every decision, including exceptions, in a cryptographically chained, verifiable history

03 · Money
Money here is a status — not a gut feeling.
From deposited budget to payout after approval: all three sides see the same state. And accounting gets documents that hold up.
- Budget is deposited per creator with the payment provider before production starts
- Payout after approval — the status is visible to brand, agency and creator
- Invoices per German §14 UStG: gapless numbering, sealed, cancellation instead of edits
- Tax order built in: DAC7 export in the official format, §19 threshold tracking, DATEV CSV

05 · Plain terms
What we don’t advertise.
A platform that sells safeguards has to start with itself. So here is what Collavo does not do.
- TikTok is published by the creator — orchestrated and with proof, but not via direct publishing.
- There is no scraped million-profile database: the marketplace lists only verified profiles that opted in.
- Conversion tracking needs a small snippet in your shop — it doesn’t measure itself.
- You won’t see customer logos or invented numbers here. When we show some, they’ll be real.
- Does Collavo hold your money? No — payments run through the payment provider Stripe; Collavo makes the status visible.
Facts, not badges
- Database & media storage in the EU
- Consent management without pre-consent tracking
- Role permissions resolved per request from the database — never from the token
- Verifiable, sealed audit history (10-year retention, §147 AO)

07 · Questions
Answered briefly.
What is Collavo?
Collavo is a creator-operations platform: brands, agencies and creators run collaborations from brief through contract, approval and publishing to payout status in one system. Unlike discovery and analytics tools, Collavo executes — with server-side safeguards for disclosure, rights and budget.
Does Collavo really publish itself?
Yes — Instagram and YouTube (including Shorts) are published via the official APIs directly from the platform. For TikTok and native posting, the handoff path applies: the creator posts on their own account while Collavo orchestrates timing, reminders and the live-URL proof.
What does Collavo cost?
Creators use their workspace for free. For brands, Company Pro starts at €149/month; for agencies, Agency Pro at €299/month; Enterprise tiers with extended controls are €399 and €699/month. All prices are public on the pricing page.
Can Collavo be used GDPR-compliantly?
Collavo is built on an EU data path: database and media storage sit in the EU, the website’s consent management loads no tracking scripts before opt-in, and there are export and deletion concepts. A data-processing agreement (DPA) is available on request.
Does Collavo hold my money?
No. Payments run through the payment provider Stripe: the campaign budget is deposited there per creator before production starts and paid out after approval. Collavo does not hold funds — the platform makes the state visible to everyone involved.
