For agencies · campaigns & talent management

Your creators. Your clients. Your system.

Between client reporting, roster upkeep and payout admin, hours disappear every week. Collavo turns it into an operation: mandates with consent, deals with status, reports with a link.

01 · The daily grind

Looking professional has become manual labor.

The industry’s toolbox ends at discovery and analytics. The actual agency operation — mandates, deals, money — runs alongside in sheets and chats.

Screenshot reporting

Collect story screenshots, paste into decks, retype numbers — every week, for every client. And the client still asks for the live state.

A roster without a system

Who represents whom, with what scope, since when? If that lives only in heads and folders, every new talent becomes an admin risk.

Rights expire silently

Usage rights end — ads keep running. Without an expiry overview nobody notices, until the client does.

The money in between

Clients pay late, creators expect on time. Without a shared status, every payout becomes case-by-case communication.

02 · The mechanics

An operation that protects your role — by architecture.

Collavo is built so the agency is a load-bearing role — not a detour to be optimized away.

Mandates with consent, not with trust

Every representation is a documented mandate with granular scopes (deals, content, contracts, finance, messaging). The creator grants it, can revoke it instantly — and sees every action taken in their name in a transparency feed.

Exclusive means: inquiries land with you

With exclusive representation, the agency is the recipient of campaign inquiries for its talents. Brands pitch you — not around you.

A deals pipeline with money status

Offers, negotiation rounds with redline diffs, contracts with a seal, payout status per deal: you see the same state as client and creator — without chase-up loops.

Reports as a link, not night work

Campaign insights without invented zeros, automatically preserved story proofs and a wrap report with frozen numbers — shareable as a link or PDF.

03 · The objections

What you would rightly ask.

Will the platform eventually take our clients?

The architecture is the opposite: representation exists in Collavo only as a documented mandate, exclusive talents are reachable through you, and every action runs under your name. Collavo earns on software — not on bypassing you.

We’ve had bad experiences with annual contracts.

Hence: monthly billing, public prices, and a pilot with one client or part of the roster is possible. If it doesn’t deliver, you leave — with your data (GDPR export included).

What does it cost for an agency?

Agency Pro is €299/month (up to 10 seats, 25 campaigns, 25 talents on the roster), Agency Enterprise €699/month without those limits. Your creators pay nothing.

And commissions?

Collavo shows commission roll-ups per deal — paying out your commission is still handled by you, as today. We’d rather say that up front than oversell it.

Honesty up front

  • Reports carry Collavo branding — there is no white label (yet).
  • Commission splits are displayed, not paid out automatically.
  • KSK, taxes and your client contracts remain your craft — Collavo provides the data basis.
  • TikTok is posted by the creators themselves — orchestrated, with live-URL proof.

The next step

Start with one client — not with an annual contract.
