How does Shopify attribution work in Collavo?
Attribution runs on per-creator tracking links or codes and incoming order webhooks from the shop.
- Set up the shop order webhook (today per store, partly manual).
- Assign a tracking link or discount code to each creator's collaboration.
- The creator shares the link/code in their approved content.
- Incoming order webhooks are matched to the creator via the code.
- Attributed revenue appears on the collaboration record alongside publishing and payout.
What stays on the record?
- Which tracking link/code belongs to which creator and collaboration.
- Attributed orders and the revenue contribution derived from them.
- The link to the published content version carrying the code.
- A continuous line from brief through publishing to attributed revenue.

Honest limits
The Shopify connection is single-store and partly manual to set up today. It gives code/link-based revenue attribution, but not full conversion attribution out of the box and no multi-touch journey. An OAuth "Connect" flow with automatic discount codes is planned but not yet rolled out.
